Civic Access
Form for Simple Civic Access (FOIA) request intended for the Gonzaga Campus in Palermo. The document allows reporting and requesting the publication of missing data or documents in the Transparent Administration section of the institutional website as required by Legislative Decree 33/2013.
This section provides the official form to exercise the right to Simple Civic Access at the Gonzaga Campus in Palermo.
This tool allows every citizen to monitor the institution's operations by verifying that data and documents for which the law mandates obligatory publication are indeed available online. The form is exclusively intended for cases where a document is not present or is only partially published in the Transparent Administration section of the institutional portal.
Before proceeding with the compilation, it is necessary to precisely identify the missing information, citing, if possible, the regulation that mandates its dissemination. Once completed with personal data and signed, the document must be forwarded to the entity's contact details, attaching a copy of your identity document.
The request is free of charge, does not need to be motivated, and obliges the administration to publish what is requested within thirty days, communicating the relevant hyperlink to the applicant.
